People come to counselling for many reasons. It could be reaching a turning point in your life, becoming dissatisfied with a relationship, experiencing a trauma, losing a loved one or just generally feeling that life could be better.
I’m a counsellor, psychotherapist, clinical supervisor and trainer based near Paphos, Cyprus. I work with couples and individuals, offering one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy, couples counselling and supervision for other counsellors.
As an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy www.bacp.co.uk, I adhere to the code of ethics of this professional organisation. This means that my counselling and therapy happen in a safe, confidential environment; that I receive regular clinical supervision; and that I attend regular training, conferences and professional development.
